Spring has sprung! Blossoms everywhere also means swimsuit season is closer than you think. Fret not, there’s still plenty of time to get a bikini-ready body with specific workout routines.
And who better than Tracy Anderson – the most motivated, most genius trainer out there – to help us jumpstart our spring fitness regime? If the results are those we see on post-baby Gwyneth Paltrow and fitness lover Madonna, Tracy must know a thing or 2 about getting a tighter and leaner body.
Here is a great routine that makes you work your upper and lower body, arms, abs and thighs included, to help define the muscles and melt the inches away. Do this workout 4 or 5 times a week for at least 30 minutes and by the first days of summer you’ll see a drastic change you will be proud of.

Try to change little habits of yours, and you’ll see the impact this has on your body. For example, park your car farther from the office/store and get in a little walk, or get off the bus a stop earlier and walk home. Little things CAN make a big difference.
