The stability ball roll is a great alternative to traditional ab exercises. It is unique in that it is done from a kneeling position and also requires a great deal of strength in the back (latissimus dorsi) and triceps muscles.
In other words it makes you work your front and back part at once (bra back fat anyone?), with a discrete amount of thigh/lower back work too.
All in all, it’s a mini total body workout! We just love it!
