
Good news for red-heads, and generally fair-skinned girls around.
Nicola Roberts, from the band Girls Aloud, is about to launch a new makeup collection designed especially for pale complexions. Nicola, a beatiful red-head, finds it difficult to shop for makeup because it generally looks too yellow or too dark when applied on pale skin. So she just thought she’s create a new line of makeup to suit her needs! I personally see where this problem comes from, as I have the same difficulties in finding the right shades for my skin, too.
Dainty Doll, that’s the cute name of the line, has been developed by the cult makeup brand Jelly Pong Pong, and will be available April 18th. And just like MAC and Smashbox called upon artists to illustrate their packaging, Dainty Doll products are graced by the gorgeous artwork by Mari Kubota - a member of Osaka based art project digmeout - making this limited edition collection even more desirable.

Just in time for spring 2008, the amazing Paul & Joe duo has created a new line of makeup inspired by old-fashioned sweet shops: the Sweetie collection.
Giorgio Armani’s mineral rich Crema Nera was inspired by his summer holidays on the volcanic island of Pantelleria, located between the island of Sicily (South of Italy) and the Northern coasts of Africa. The island has plenty of formations of obsidian: the glossy black stone highly contributes minerals to the soil which makes it more fertile.
