This fall, longer hair will call for darker shades

This fall, longer hair will call for darker shades

Hair is your best accessory, always remember that. So let’s see how you’re supposed to accessorize for fall/winter 2009/10.

Blonde hair should be short, or very short. You’ll see a huge comeback of platinum blonde, think Annie Lennox. In this case, hair cuts should be detailed, geometric and layered.

On the other hand, longer tresses call for a golden chestnut brown.
If you prefer your hair to be medium or longer, opt for soft waves and curls with a romantic twist, a hairstyle and color combo that convinced a classic blonde bombshell like Scarlett Johansonn to go dark, as seen at the recent Dolce & Gabbana makeup launch.

For immediately longer hair, everybody is turning to hair extensions. Look for professional ones that will look good in every situation. The clip-on ones don’t cost a fortune and can be taken out at your wish.

While I am not bold enough to try a short hairstyle, I think the medium length hairstyles mentioned in this post are quite unique. Good job! I take hair styling very seriously, and when it comes to experimenting with my medium length hair, I always recommend http://www.mandmhairacademy.com.
