Edun continues its support of ALAFA with the help of purchases of ONE tees.
ONE is a grassroots campaign and advocacy organization backed by more than 2 million people who are committed to the fight against extreme poverty and preventable disease, particularly in Africa.
Cofounded by Bono and other campaigners, ONE is nonpartisan and works closely with African policy makers and activists. ONE works closely with policy experts, African leaders, and anti-poverty activists to mobilize public opinion in support of tested and proven methods for tackling poverty.
Right now, Edun has just reduced the price of the ONE Tee – one of Edun’s most popular items ever, featured in campaigns with Liv Tyler, Ben Affleck, and Gwyneth Paltrow – from $40 to $28.
Edun donates $10 from each t-shirt sold to ALAFA, an organization in Africa that provides HIV/AIDS education and medicines for apparel factory workers.
