As previously discussed on January’s issue of NBZ Mag, the beginning of a new year is a chance for everybody to fix little things inside ourselves, in order to fix bigger things as time goes by. Have you been writing down your resolutions?
One of mine was to find time for some Yoga, each day.
So far I have been doing well with my resolution. January is turning to its end, and I am still doing 1-hour Yoga sessions everyday. Not bad, hu?
